Applications now open for the Define Ventures AI Fellows Program

Applications are now open for the next cohort of the Define Ventures AI Fellows Program — an 10-week, part-time program for early-stage AI founders building at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

Healthcare is one of the biggest opportunities for AI, and one of the hardest markets to crack. Buyers are complex, sales cycles are long, and the difference between a great demo and a real business comes down to commercial execution. That's exactly what this program is built around.

Who should apply

We're looking for a curated, high-quality cohort of San Francisco-based founders at the earliest stages: idea-stage, pre-idea, or just starting to explore founding. You may have a full-time job and an idea that won't leave you alone — that's exactly the right time to apply.

How it's different

  • It's intimate. A curated cohort with health tech entrepreneurs focused together to share learnings and drive ideas forward.
  • Learn from senior healthcare executives. C-suite speakers have included Dr. Richard Milani, Chief Clinical Innovation Officer, Sutter Health, Catherine Blanchette, Head of Digital Strategic Growth, Sanofi and Don Antonucci, CEO, Providence Health Plan
  • It's commercially focused, not fundraising focused. You'll gain valuable insights for GTM motion across every major vertical of healthcare.

The program is primarily virtual, with in-person gatherings in San Francisco — roughly 2–4 hours per week. Spots are limited and we review applications on a rolling basis.
